Ingredients:
¼ cup (60mL) butter
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
¼ cup (60 mL) all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups (375 mL) Milk
1 can (19 0z/540 mL) tomatoes, broken up with juice
2 tablespoon (30 mL) tomato paste
1 teaspoon (5 mL) salt
½ teaspoon (2 mL) pepper
Pinch of hot red chili flakes
¾ lb (340 gr) tubular lpasta or corkcrew pasta, (approx. 4
cups 1 L)
2 tablespoon (30 mL) butter
1 cup (250 mL) grated Canadian Parmesan cheese
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoon (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley

Before, we cook sure all materials and equipment have been prepared.
Let's start to cook. First, we melt the butter in a large Pacci. Then, add the garlic and cook without browning a few minutes until fragrant smell. Stir in flour, cook gently, stirring about two to three minutes. Whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Cook three to four minutes. Stir continuously.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and hot red pepper flakes. Cook gently about five to six minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water large panic. Drain pasta well and immediately toss with tomato sauce, butter and Parmesan cheese. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Sprinkle each serving with green onions and parsley.
