Ingredients
v 250gr strong white flour
v 7gr dried yeast
v 1 teaspoon sugar
v 1 teaspoon salt
v 350ml water (approx)
v 1400gr tin chopped tomatoes
v 2 mozzarella balls
v 8-10 anchovies
v 1 small jar capers
v 1 handful fresh basil
Istructions
1. Pour
flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt into a bowl. Mix and then add water to form a
smooth dough out of the bowl. Cover the bowl and leave to prove for 30 minutes.
2. Opens cans of tomatoes and pour through a sieve so that
the juice drains away and all we are left with is the tomato flesh.
3. When
the dough
has
risen
scoop
it
out of the
bowl
and
knead for
a few
minutes.

4. When hot barbecue pizza base two-fold transfer to a
